How Does It Work?

How does it work?

Wet Cupping therapy consists of using suction cups to pull the skin away from the body.  A pump is used to create suction inside the cup, thus resulting in a powerful negative pressure which sucks up the components within the tissues and muscles and causes vasodilatation (the dilatation of blood vessels, which decreases blood pressure). Thus, there is a dramatic increase in blood and lymph circulation. The aim is to extract stagnated (where there’s stagnation, there will be pain. remove the stagnation, and you remove the pain) or congested blood from certain points around the body.
